Dr. Urmish H Chudgar

Founder, MBBS, MD, American Board Certified Hematologist and Oncologist

Dr. Urmish H Chudgar received his MBBS from NHL MMC Ahmedabad in 1982, MD in Pediatrics from K.M. School of Post Graduate Medicine and Research in Ahmedabad in 1986 and then spent 4 years at CMC Vellore where his last position was Lecturer in Clinical Hematology. He then trained in Hematology Oncology at Harbor-UCLA and Childrens Hospital of Colorado and returned to Ahmedabad in 1997. He has been accredited by the American Boards of Pediatrics and sub board of Hematology and Oncology. He is one of the few US-trained Hematologist- Oncologists in Gujarat. He is an expert in benign and malignant blood disorders, has published numerous articles, and has been recognized numerous times for his professionalism, care and medical knowledge. He is a member of numerous professional bodies, including life-membership of Indian Medical Association, Indian Academy of Paediatrics, Indian Society of Haematology and Blood Transfusion and American Society of Hematology. He has over three decades of experience in managing a variety of complex blood related cancers and disorders.
